If you are asking about the moon map, then yes and no. For about 30 sec all Zombies in Area 51 are one knife kills. But the get progressively harder to kill every time you hear an alarm go off. Also, the first dogs(before the 3rd alarm) are one knife kills. Area 51 has no levels, just time.
