i know one of my neighbours has a 13 year old girl and she has been seeing or dating whatever they call it now the boy is nearly 15 but they are just dating as now they have just started dating but it may become a matter for concern later if they decide to have sex as the legal age for sex in the UK is 16 for both sexes

i dont think its against the law or anything but in my opinion no its not ok. guys at 16 are thinking about things that 13 year old girls are too young to be thinking about.

no it is not okay to date a girl if he or she is nineteen and you are thirteen years old because it is jail bate because he or she is older then you are and they will send your girlfriend/ boyfriend to jail and then you wont see him or her anymore and it is disgusting but if you aren't doing anything sexual that might be okay like kissing or hugging or holding hands because i have a friend and she is dating a guy that is forty and she is nineteen but they are allowed to date because they are over aged the nineteen year old that you talk about is under aged

No. Depending on the state where they live the age of consent figures into the dating/relationship. The age of consent is 16 in many states and 18 in others. This means that the 13 year old in all states is considered a minor and it also means that the 16 year old could get into trouble for dating a minor. The fact that one is 13 makes it illegal.
