The manga is the same as the Un-cut anime though the anime has alot of filler arcs to it as well

If you're new or experienced then I suggest the website www.dragoart.com It helped me SO much. now I make easy A's in art class with little to no effort at all, but it does take time in order to develop a steady hand so go slow and build up speed to where you're a art fanatic.
