Sadly, as of the writing of this answer (June 2011) there is as yet no such cartoon.
Many fans are completely mystified as to why as yet there are no Forgotten Realms TV series or films despite the books being massively successful. Many blame the poorly made Dungeons and Dragons films for causing Hollywood to believe that anything related to D&D to be box office poison.
However, you could check out the Dragonlance Chronicles animated film. The film was done as a mixture of 80s style animation blended with CGI. The film covers approximately half of the 1st trilogy of books. I personally enjoyed the film, but most people did not. Though most do agree that Keifer Sutherland did do a good job portraying Raistlin.
