How do you divide fractions when both fractions are negative?

A negative number divided by a negative number is positive. Therefore, it's the same as if both fractions were positive.

Ethnocentrism positive or negative in Canada?

this term is positive but sometimes can be negative. Ethnocentric is a big cause of civil wars

Why is it important that the two capacitors must have there positive terminal toward the transistor?

Capacitors if polarized care less about a transistor or other devices all they care that the proper polarities are applied.

Are capacitors polarity sensitive?

The capacitors those are polarity sensitive are called electrolytic and tantalum capacitors. These capacitors are labeled as positive and negative.

What are the Car cigarette lighter polarities?

According to wikipedia the center pin is positive (+) and the outer sleeve is negative (-).

Do electrolytic capacitors generally have polarity?

Yes. Electrolytic capacitors are polarized. Capacitors with positive and negative poles generally have positive and negative marks. Generally, for capacitors with pins, the long end of the pin is the positive electrode. For cylindrical electrolytic capacitors, there will be a vertical line printed on the negative side of the capacitor. SMD capacitors generally have no positive and negative poles. --- We're JYH HSU(JEC) Electronics Ltd (or Dongguan Zhixu Electronic Co., Ltd.), an electronic components manufacturer. Do capacitors have positive and negative?

Some capacitors have terminals as they are polarized but some have not as they are not polarized. you can easily identify a polarized capacitor as it has + or - terminal indication marked.

What polarities red wires and black wires indicates in case of dc measurement?

In typical DC circuits, Red = Positive, Black = Negative.

Where do the two small wires on the plug go and what do they do on a Delco Remy alternator?

More than likely they connect to the positive and negative polarities of the power source.

Positive logic in a logic circuit is one in which?

In Positive logic, we all assume that the more positive (binary) voltage state is One, the less positive voltage state is Zero. Both voltage states could be positive, both could be negative, or they could be opposite polarities.

How do you stop the battieriess from reversing polarities when the batteries are in series?

In a negative ground system, hook the vehicle ground (frame) to the negative of the first battery, positive of that battery to negative of second battery and the positive of the second battery back to vehicle positive. ( starter or starter solenoid) If you are hooking 2 12 volt batteries in series you will have 24 volts.

Where is the positive and negative on a capacitor?

On some capacitors, it matters; on others it doesn't. On those where it matters, it's marked. (On some really old ones, the negative is marked "outer foil".)

How do you identify that capacitor is as Electrolytic capacitor?

Electrolytic capacitors look like little batteries. Any capacitor that looks like this will be electrolytic.Another AnswerElectrolytic capacitors are polarised, so their terminals are marked with positive and negative symbols.

Are there positive and negative magnetic charges analogous to positive and negative electric charges?

Outside the dubious field of magnetic therapists, the terms 'positive' and 'negative' are not applied to magnetic polarities. Furthermore, we do not describe magnetic polarity as a 'charge'. However, magnetic poles and electric charges follow the same rule -i.e. like poles repel while unlike poles attract.
