Yes you can the only way to do it is the shiny code it is from neouseekers.com and after that you have to beat the elite four and if you got the event or the action replay event *note you have to have oaks letter!!!!* and on route 224 you see this girl and professor oak he will tell you something about shaymin (land form) and he will tell you who would you thank putt professor rowen and there will be flowers every were so there is a path to get shaymin and after you cat it fly to flormarea town (spelling might be wrong!) talk to a lady first putt shaymin in the first of party and she will give you the thing to let shaymin into skyform! :)

Basically, you can transfer Shaymin to Pokémon White with another DS.(Look this up in your Pokémon White instruction manual.) Or you can Action Replay(if possible) or you can legally download Shaymin into your DS game with the help of your computer.(My sister tells me so.)
