Yes it is but work up you staraptor it good at lvl 100

∙ 14y agowell... its a pretty well balanced team however i would personally replace roserade with a water pokemon... i would suggest a floatzel or if you could get your hands on one a feraligatr

Actually, that team is pretty good, of course, with decent attacks: 1st E4 battle, Rapidash is great!(fire blast, flamethrower...)-2nd E4 battle, Vaporeon and Torterra are the best in it!(surf, waterfall...-vaporeon---razor leaf, earthquake...-torterra),3rd E4 battle, Vaporeon again, with strong water attacks, 4rd E4 battle, Giratina with lots of attack/phisycal moves: shadow claw, shadow force...against brozong rapidash is good, too-against the champion, give all what you have!-spiritomb--use giratina/torterra(strong phisycals), lucario--use rapidash, but watch out! it has earthquake! put a focus band on rapidash or something like that, but use strong fire attacks!, roserade--use rapidash/giratina/azelf(fire/phsichic attacks), milotic--use luxray(thunder attacks),garchomp--vaporeon, if it has ice beam or blizzard, if not, use dragon attacks with giratina(very strong atacks!), then, togekiss--use again luxray, and use your best thunder attacks! You might think for a while, and you might actually find out the strongest Pokemon are Starter Pokemon and Legendary Pokemon. So, if you think like me, you would want Turtwig's last evolution form - Torterra. But, if you don't like Torterra, the 2nd best for me is Roserade. With Roserade's Petal Dance (learned by Roselia at level 40) it would be like a killing machine except that is gets confused in 3 turns.
