Guru Nanak actually had a lot more friends than just two. I guess you mean his disciples who went with him on his travels. One was Bhai Mardana, a Moslem. He played an instrument. There was another disciple too, Bhai Bhalla. He also helped sing hymns Guru Nanak composed.
