Many of the workers are indeed a part of Mike's crew. They generally wear shirts with the Holmes on Homes logo. The current crew list from the show's web site can be found here:

Mike also brings in other specialists as needed. These generally will not be wearing the Holmes on Homes T-shirts, although there may occasionally be exceptions. When these outside specialists appear on the show, they are credited in on-screen text by name along with the name of their business. I have seen many of these specialists appear in multiple episodes. Therefore I assume that when Mike finds people he can trust, he calls on them again and again. Also, there is a listing on the show's web site of all contractors that have appeared on the show:

Holmes on Homes has been reincarnated as Holmes Inspection. Mike Holmes goes into an owner's recently purchased home and finds any of the problems the original home inspector (if there was one) missed. From what I understand the major fixes are up to Damon Bennett and Crew while Mike leaves the minor things for the homeowner themselves. Mike is not seen a lot in this series, it seems to focus more on Damon and The Crew. They are presently gearing up for season three.
brendan and amanda
The Holmes on Homes website (http://www.holmesonhomes.com/) currently lists two women as part of Mike's crew.1) Corin Ames (a.k.a. Pink), hired on-air during the episode House Arrest when she completed her co-op education hours.2) Kate Campbell (a.k.a. Kat). I have not personally seen her on the show, so I assume she has joined in the last season or two.
I am hoping Dan the plumber. he is hot, hot, hot. I think all the men should take off shirts and forget the wifebeaters. They are all hot.
Sherry works on the construction crew and I think Amanda works in the office
The crew members on 'Holmes on Homes' are not the same crew members all the time due to travel issues. The director of the show might use local people instead of the same crew all the time to save money on travel expenses.
