there are a few ways. you have to have a BOY kirlia and a dawn stone.use it on kirlia and you get gallade. the other way is to use the action replay,go the Pokemon league and get to lucian,the psychic type user.she will have gallade.if you have the national dex,there is a guy on route 228 and he will have gallade.catch there gallade.HOPE THIS HELPED!
