But, even better, I can tell you how to get the super rod. In mossdeep, on the right of the island theres a bunch of cliffs and stuff. The northernmost house is where a fisherman is in. Talk to him.

keep going right dont turn and theres a fishing guy straight ahead speak to him he gives you the good rod .

∙ 13y agoTo get an old rod you go to the left of Jublife city talk to the man inside the house/building thing .To get a super rod you have to complete the sinnoh dex at the back left of the battle area a man will give it you.Sorry if its not clear...

1.defeat the elite four and the champion.
2.go to snowpoint city and talk to the sailor.
3.go up once you land at the battle area.
4.talk to the fisherman.he will give you the super rod.

∙ 14y agoTo the left of Jubilife City, in those connector room like things, there is a fisherman Sprite man standing there, talk to him and answer yes to his question. He'll give you the Old Rod. The good rod is in route 209, closer to Hearthome City. You answer "Yes" to fisherman question. He's easy to find because there is only one fisherman there, standing at the edge of the shortest dock on route. The Super Rod is located in the Fight Area, which is accessible after being the Elite Four, he's north of the Fight Area, just before the connector room thing, speak to him and answer yes, and he will give you the Super Rod.
