Trade from one of the other GBA Pokemon Games after you got th National Pokedex and beat the Elite four. Then if you have a GBA Pokemon Game in the bottom slot of your Nintendo DS there should be an option under "New Game" on Diamond/Pearl that says "Move From GBA"; select this option then choose six Pokemon you want on Diamond/Pearl. After this select continue and go to Pal Park (near the beach of the second city you go to at the beginning) and find all six Pokemon that you move from your GBA.National Pokedex: See all 150 Pokemon in the Sinhho Dex You can NOT trade Pokemon from Diamond/Pearl to the GBA You must choose six Pokemon to move and You have to catch them again at Pal ParkAnswerTHERES ANOTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!!!You can actually catch it at route 228 using the poke radar.Hope i helped =)

Catch a Pokemon with the move "sing", get a few ultra balks or a master ball and find milocti fight the Pokemon using sing then a low level Pokemon attack then throw the pokeball and repeat until caught.
There is no TM for Sing, sing is only a leveling move (or egg move)
Chatot can learn sing. You can get one by trading a buizel with a boy in Eterna city.
It's not hypnosis, but it lulls Pokemon to sleep. It is, the move Sing. Jigglypuff knows it, and you can get it by ''accident'' by using Metronome.

Sing is not a TM (Technical Machine). It is a move that only certain Pokemon learn. You can only learn it by leveling up certain Pokemon (Skitty, for example, learns Sing by leveling up).
Sing isn't a TM in the game. Some Pokemon can learn it naturally through level up, though.
