you go vs the guy in front of the windworks and then he locks u out. then go north west of floaroma town and battle 2 grunts then the old man gives u honey and the WORKS KEY!!!

∙ 15y agoGo back to Floaroma Town, go up into the flowery meadow and you'll run into 2 Team Galactic Grunts. Beat them in a battle and the last one will drop an item which is the Works Key.
