You have to keep catching carnavahna until one holds it. you find them in the Safari Zone on the water with a super rod. A deep Sea Tooth can evolve Clamperl into that blue one. You can only get a Clampearl from Diamond, so let them trade you one. There. Let the Clamperl hold the Deep Sea Tooth and trade. Now itll evolve. To evolve Clamperl to the pink one, get a deep sea scale and get it from wild chinchou. It takes a long time for you to run into Pokemon with these objects, may even take two hours.
