Sasuke did once love Sakura back in Part one(as a sister, of course), but Sasuke hates her now. Actually, he hates everything really. Sasuke tried to kill her twice and he certainly didn't do it out of "love". I have no idea where the ridiculous notion "Sasuke is in love with Sakura" idea came from.
