Girratina, Dialge, Palkia, are all good legendaries. If you are asking for non-legendaries, gliscor, starters, evoulutions of eevee, and abamasnow are good. If anyone else have suggestions, please add.

dialga is at the top of mt cornet. he has awesome moves. ancientpower,roar of time,metelclaw dragon claw. dialge is SOOOOOOO awesome
How do you get dialge in pearl?
Dialga is not obtained in pearl but if you go to Celestic Town you can talk to the old lady in the top middle building and she will show you the info for him which will be added to your pokedex. Then if you are really lucky you can go on the wireless network and find someone who isn't trying to take your left arm for a trade :)

How do you catch mesprit and cressilia?
If you get the poketech application marking map it will show you where he is going.Go to Jubilife City and walk back and forth on the boundary between Jubilife and one of the routes to the north, south, or east. On the map, the little bunny picture should move every time you switch areas. When Mesprit is in your route, or if you are in Jubilife and he is to the west, go get it. Get a strong fast Poke that knows false swipe (I used Sneasal). After he is on 1 HP, try a quick ball or put him to sleep and use an ultra ball.Mesprit and cresillia will escape as soon as the battle starts. Use mean look or block to keep Mesprit from escaping.for an easier way to catch mesprit use a masterball right away. u could get 999 masterballs in cheats.extras:where to catch dialge/palkia: at the top of mount coronet (spear pillar)what i did was migrate my Pokemon from other gameswith the master ball i found in them and used that to capture both of them!now i have two powerful psycic Pokemon! I made my level 40 kricketune use false swipe, and when it flees, try again, until its HP is down to 1 or close to 1. then catch a golbat at victory road. after that fly to eterna city and walk between the routes again, until mesprit/cresselia appears. let your golbat hold the quick claw and use mean look on mesprit/cresselia. then use your poke balls. don't worry if it isn't nighttime, I caught my mesprit in a dusk ball even though it was daytime. status problems are optional; but they increase the chances of catching them. hope I helped :)
