Not necessarily, but if parents have seen it before, and they think it's fine, sure. It's not really appropriate for kids, but some episodes are fine. If your kid is not used to bad words, then don't let them watch South Park.

A stereotypical japenese person keeps saying to all the male charactors that "American penis big". "japenese penis small" when one of the mothers is saying that there saying that to distract them the japenese man pulls his trousers down proving that hes right.

during a fake commericial for a toy "wild wacky action bike" a child runs into a truck and blows up.

the plot is that japen is using American children to blow up peril harbour

This type of question is very difficult to answer because groups of people are not able to be overgeneralized. There are many different 12 year olds with varying degrees of maturity. However, maturity itself is a very subjective idea. When I was in middle school, I knew a lot of people that watched South Park so it all depends on the kid themselves.

But I think, if the kid can handle it then by all means, go ahead.

i have a 11 year old girl who loves south park i wont let her watch it but i come in her room when she is not expecting me and catch her watching it what is it with pre-teens and south park!
