The steering wheel warning light will come on in a vehicle when a problem has been detected within the steering system. This can include low Power Steering fluid or incorrect pressure.
1. Low steering fluid level. 2. Incorrect software version in steering ECU. 3. Failed steering ECU. Some Early Vectras (of the Vectra "C" model) had a fluid level switch in the fluid bottle. This switch is well known for giving false "low fluid" warning messages, and was deleted from later cars. There is a software update available from Vauxhall dealers, that deletes the "low fluid level" function. If the software update does not fix the problem, and the fluid level is correct, a new steering pump/ECU/fluid reservoir assembly will be needed. (or just ignore the massage)

The most frequent problem with headlamps on 1984 z is the switch that connects to the control at the steering wheel (follow instructions to dissemble the steering column under shields) replace switch and kiss problems goodbye. the metal paddles are build to light in the OEM part (this should have been a recall)

In most cases you will need to replace the turn signal switch on the steering wheel for your 1983 Chevy Caprice Classic rather than fixing it. To replace it, remove the horn pad and then use a steering wheel puller and compressor to remove the steering column. You will then remove the signal along with the wiring harness and bus fuses. Replace the signal and wiring and then replace the steering column itself.

It may mean your power steering fluid is low, or needs serviced.

Warning lights are the vehicle's warning indicators. When a warning light is lit up, it means that something is wrong and in need of immediate attention.
This means you have a fault with your power steering. You should contact the garage as the power steering may fail.
The blinking light under the steering wheel of the Ford F350 is probably the seat belt warning indicator. Latch the seat belt to see if that solves the issue.
There is no light on the steering wheel.
you need to replace the clockspring in the steering column
Typically, replacing any factory steering wheel that has the airbag incorporated into it, with any type or brand of aftermarket steering wheel, the airbag diagnostic module will "see" that there is an airbag missing, and it will request an illumination of the airbag/srs warning lite...
You'll have to take it in so they can reset the memory code.
