Calgary Coins seems to be authoritative on Canada Dollars and shows this to have .6 ozt of silver. Hope this helps. They have text and pictures from 1935 on up showing the different dollars.

(Improvement by another) Although the .60 troy oz of silver content is true, often the 1964 Charlottetown dollar can sell for 10% to 30% higher than its silver value on eBay (to a collector that wants it) especially if it is MF or AU grade.

Also, pay a closer look on the initial: if it is missing the "dot" between T and S of the designers initials, it is known as the "NO DOT" variety. DON'T SELL THOSE ON E-BAY! Find a professional to give you a correct grade and value. They are rare and worth more. (I have only heard of them, never seen one for real yet)
