Start by flying to oreburgh city, from there go north to route 204 (you will have to use your bike) go towards the entrance to the cycle road but instead of going into the building you want to take the path that leads under it in doing so you will come across a small tree that you need to cut down using HM01 cut. follow the trail until you come across a hiker (if you want to battle him do so, if not try and avoid him) after you get past him go underneath the bridge and start pushing up against the support (further to the left than right) eventually your camera should move and you should enter a dark cave that has several boulders inside, using the HM04 strength push the boulder forward one space and proceed down the stairs leading the the left (the room should then light up) this is the room where you can catch various creatures including gible.
