Pokemon #190 is Dusclops. You can find it at Sendoff Spring, where it will appear at lv. 40. Dusclops are fairly uncommon, as you have a 5% chance of finding them in the morning/afternoon, and a 15% chance of finding them in the evening.

∙ 15y agoIf you're talking about the sinnoh pokedex, porygon2 is number 193.give porygon an up-grade and trade it and it should automatically put him into your pokedex but you'll have to trade him to a friend for it to work.It won't woek if it's traded wirelessly around the world though. I learned the hard way.
