Russian Immigration to America came in three major waves, the first of which is the most important. Durring this wave, the Bolshevics were a powerful family in Russia and were running out both Gypsies and Jews from Russia, this family would come to be the basis of Hitler's campaign. In the Late 1800's, American population reached it's highest immigration point untill the late 1940's, after the end of WWII. Due to this first wave, the percentage of Nativists on the west coast skyrocketed, and the population of Jews followed suit. Very few people understand the cultural signifigance of the Russian Immigration to America, but this signifigance is one of the most important parts of our history and culture.
