There is currently not a law that specifies the age a child has to be to stay home alone overnight. It is left up to the parents to decide if their child is mature enough to handle it.

A child could usually stay home at the age of 7, but an ethical and responsible person wouldn't leave their child home alone before the age of 12.

Yes. Most states ok a children being left alone after the age of 12, as long as the child in question is responsible.

In Nebraska, there is no specific law that explicitly states the age at which a child can be left home alone overnight. However, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services advises that children under the age of 12 should not be left alone without adult supervision for extended periods, especially overnight. Caregivers are urged to consider the child's maturity, the safety of the environment, and the duration of time they will be alone when making such decisions. Ultimately, neglect laws apply, and caregivers could face legal consequences if a child's safety is compromised.
In the state of Georgia, there is no specific law that dictates a minimum age for a child to be left alone overnight. However, it is generally recommended that children under the age of 14 should not be left home alone overnight. It is important to assess the maturity and responsibility of the individual teenager before making a decision.
12 is the normal legal age for being left alone, it is okay for a 13 year old to be alone overnight. Never mind the legalities, do you feel happy leaving him/her alone? I have 3 children (all now well over 13) and I would have left one of them, but not the other, they would have burned the house down.
It doesn't matter what age, you can't leave them alone. Might want to hire at least someone to look after them.
