This is a question that would be answered differently by each person you ask. You know you're watching a bad movie when you're looking at your watch every 10 minutes wondering why time has slowed down. On the other hand with a good movie, time flies and you're surprised it's over so quickly. For me it boils down to suspense. Without suspense of some kind, most movies aren't very good. "The Mummy" (1999) has suspense from beginning to end. The excellent special effects, music, casting also add to the quality. Big names cannot save a bad movie. Watch "Ishtar" (1987) for an example of a terrible film.

Long answer: Clone Troopers are clones, they arent human, so they dont know whether they are doing good or bad, they just take orders, so if a Jedi commands they will do good, if a bad guy does they will do bad. In some movies they fight for the Empire and people think there bad, other times they think there good ( because they fight for the Jedi). so they arent good or bad. Storm Troopers however, ARE human and they know they are doing evil, and are guilty for doing bad because that is what they are do in the movies, bad. Short answer: Bad, because they fought for the Empire and knew they were evil.
