Seirei No Moribito has one of the best animations in an anime, and they keep it like that with every episode, which is amazing.
Theres alot of animes with good animation you just have to look. you should look it up on Google put in 'Anime with Good Animation' and it could have something you can watch. Theres your answer i hope im not making this a little to difficult! ^_~
There is a better anime though its Higarushi! Higarushi means 'When They Cry' and Higarushi is a great anime but i dought you would want something that is bloody and violent but it is a good anime just for you to know! You could also try some other animes like "Vampire Knight" or "Clannad" which have extremely good animation which I think you would enjoy.
