Actually I think one major challenge here in Africa is that us young people are not given the opportunity to show case our capabilities. one example will be the way governments are run here, youth have little input in it the old man who have long worked are still where we found them when we grew up. of course we do have potential but all these is lost we always have better ideas to dealing with situations.
Those who get the chance to be part of the system make it a point that it becomes very difficult for the young stars to also get into the system.they will require an unreasonable number of years of experience. Fresh from school where do we get that. this strategically keeps the young stars out of the system because only the old who have been in the system qualify for better jobs. So how do we get the experience while we are locked out and how do we contribute to the development of our own countries
