No They are encouraging people to let the Government know what they want. In a democratic society it is important that the government stays in touch with the people. The People must be carefull however that they are being told the truth by newspapers and other media as the media may have their own reasons for mis misrepresenting what is the truth. Its really up for debate, but honestly the only purpose so called "anti-govt" things serve is to let people know that the govt does not have full control of anything and we have the right to talk back. It isn't about anarchy. Also, anyone who claims to be an anarchist is probably just a person who doesn't know what they are talking about...true anarchy would consist of you sitting in front of a pile of your stuff with a shot gun fighting off people trying to take it.
