Because IMAX screens are so huge you get a much different, more immersive experience than you would on a normal movie screen. The resolution is also far superior, making images and movement clearer.

There are a few IMAX theaters in Seattle, WA. There is an IMAX at the Pacific Science Center on 2nd Avenue North and one at Thornton Place on 103rd Street as well.
