Some social influences of Two-Bit are that he gets in a lot of fights
he gets in a lot of fightsHe is quiet
The influences are socs because she doesnt want any of the greasers to get her by them and so when they saw the greasers with marcia and cherry she tries to tell them to be cool. becaus eshe doesnt want them to get hurt!
some conflicts were pony and darry's arguing which caused soda to get depressed
Ponyboy has alot of foils in the book but i think the most noticable one is Ponyboy and Darry. They have both different personalities and Darry always pushes Ponyboy, especially in school. These are just a few ones, I hope you can think of some more. -R.G.R

The judge closed the case.
pony is really close to his older brother soda then he is to his oldest brother darry. He feels he can talk to soda about anything and not get a harsh or mean comment thrown back at him. At the beginning of the book Darry and Pony were not at all close, but by the end of the book they get kind of close, but not to close like what pony is with soda.
Oh, dude, I mean, chocolate cake in "The Outsiders"? That's like asking me to find a needle in a haystack while blindfolded. I have no clue what page number that's on, but hey, if you find it, let me know so I can satisfy my sweet tooth while reading some classic literature.
Darry Curtis, the responsible big brother in The Outsiders, was a hardworking guy with not one, but two jobs to support his family. He worked as a roofer during the day and a gas station attendant at night, all while trying to keep Ponyboy and Soda out of trouble. Talk about burning the candle at both ends!
When Ponyboy comes home late from sleeping in the lot after the movie with Johnny Darry hits Ponyboy in the face. Then Ponyboy runs away. Also, they always fight about how Ponyboy doesn't use his head. One time Sodapop gets affected by their fighting and runs away!
