What are the best high level effect monsters to have in any Yu-Gi-Oh deck?

There are a lot of great effect monsters that are high levelled monsters.
Here are some I can advise for you to use in your deck. If you are looking to go to official tournaments then I will not include any Forbidden or Illegal classed cards.
1. Dark Necrofear (For a fiend-type deck)
2. Ancient Gear Golem
3. Silent Magician LV8 (Need 'Silent Magician LV4' and I recommend having a 'Level Up' card)
4. Armed Dragon LV7 (Need Armed Dragons LV3 and LV5)
5. Ultimate Tyranno
As you can see i have not included their effects but you can find their effects yourself. I hope you find it useful.
