The first example is when Johnny says that the next person who tries to jump him , he will kill, and he did kill the next person who jumped him The second example is when johnny says that if the church catches on fire, it wont stop burning down, and that's exactly what happened.
The book The Outsiders never says how the fire definitely started but Johnny does state that one of their cigarettes must have started it. As for where it happened, the fire started in an abandoned church on a hill in Windrixville.
