If your talking from the Disney version, than the Dinosaurs listed in the movie (If I could remember all of them clearly) would be...
-Brachiosaurus (Despite going extinct at the end of the Jurassic)
-Ankylosaurus
-Struthiomimus
-Iguanadon (Slowly replaced by other Ornithopods by the mid-Cretaceous)
-Oviraraptors
-Pteranadon (Not a Dinosaur!)
-Styracosaurus (Replaced by Triceratops/Torosaurus by the late Cretaceous)
-Pachyrhinosaurus (Also replaced by Triceratops)
-Velociraptor
-Carnotaurus (Despite going extinct 5 million years ago, and the size was grossly exaggerated. Realistically Carnotaurus would be smaller than half of the Dinosaurs listed!)
P.S. There was no Monkeys nor Primate in the Mesozoic era (RAGE!), only small rodents. All in all as a movie it was good, but when it comes to accuracy Dinosaur is sure is lacking.
We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story
The scientists in the movie get their first dinosaurs by cloning them from dinosaur DNA found in a blood sucking insect that has been preserved in wax. More dinosaurs are created by sex from the first dinosaurs.
