There is no simple answer to that. There are over 50 countries and over 1 billion people in Africa and they are all very different. Tall, small, educated, uneducated, male, female, adults, children, black, white, other colours, fat, thin, happy, sad, friendly, unfriendly, healthy, sick, rich, poor etc. Add in any other characteristic and you will find people who fit it in Africa. They have a wide range of cultures, languages, religions and beliefs. You will find all sorts of very different people in Africa, so it is impossible to answer your question with a simple answer.
