As seen from Earth, Uranus has no phases.

That is because from the Uranus orbit, 19.22 times as far from the Sun as Earth is, Earth appears to be right next to the Sun. So our perspective is almost the same as the Sun's - which would obviously "see" all planets as completely lit up.

Even with powerful telescopes, it would be very difficult to see Uranus as anything but a fully lit hemisphere. In order to see the night side, we must send spacecraft beyond the planet, then look back toward it.

As it turns out, only Mercury, Venus, and the Moon have a full set of Phases as seen from Earth.

Mars has a (very) partial set of phases, as it is beyond Earth orbit as well, but only by 1 1/2 times, so there are moments when the two planets are about 1/4 of an orbit apart that one would see (again, with a very powerful telescope) a crescent of darkness, before Earth changed position and only could see the fully lit side.
