You must find and recover the four "treasures" in the Haunted House and bring them to the gathering of ghouls. Once you have the treasures, the ghost cat (right of the kitchen) will tell you where to take them. (see related question)

Fill the lantern with kerosene in the basement. When you have all four treasures, talk to the ghost cat to the right of the kitchen. (see related question)
Fill the lantern with fuel from the barrel of kerosene in the basement. Once you have the lantern, the chalice (in the attic), the ice (in the kitchen) and the draught (in the basement), see the ghost cat to the right of the kitchen. You will take the 4 treasures out to the graveyard, to the statue of the crying girl.
Jump up and land on top of the head of the suit of armor, and it will drop its ax. Use the ax to chip ice from the freezer in the kitchen.
You don't have to mix them. Collect all four "treasures" from the house and then ask the ghost cat (right of the kitchen) where to take them. (see related question)
