When you squeeze together the coils of a spring and then release them, you are creating potential energy in the spring. This potential energy converts to kinetic energy as the spring returns to its original shape, causing it to expand and move rapidly. This action exemplifies Hooke's Law, which describes the relationship between the force exerted on the spring and its displacement. The process illustrates the principles of mechanical energy transformation.

Yoga plays a significant role in Kundalini awakening as described in the Upanishads by helping to balance and align the energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Through specific yoga practices such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation, individuals can awaken the dormant energy at the base of the spine and allow it to rise through the chakras, leading to spiritual enlightenment and self-realization.
Namaste yoga can help both the body and the soul. Physically, it will help tone your body, build muscle strength, and increase flexibility. Mentally, it can help relieve stress and produce humility.
The Yoga-Kundalini Upanishad is an important text in Kundalini yoga because it provides detailed instructions on how to awaken and harness the energy of Kundalini, which is believed to be a powerful spiritual force located at the base of the spine. This Upanishad outlines specific techniques and practices for activating and guiding the flow of Kundalini energy through the body, leading to spiritual enlightenment and self-realization. Practitioners of Kundalini yoga often refer to the teachings of the Yoga-Kundalini Upanishad to deepen their understanding and enhance their practice.
Tantric Massage is one small part of the wide ranging Tantric Arts. Some of the other disciplines include Tantric Yoga, Tantric Meditation, Tantric Breathing, and of course, Tantric Sex. It is also difficult to define Tantric Massage. Since there are no real standards, every therapist may do something different. So you can never quite be sure what you are getting when you hear the term "Tantric Massage". Often it is used as a "buzz-word" for a simple sensual or sexual massage. That is not the case here. One of the primary purposes of Tantra (and Tantric Massage) is to awaken the Kundalini. The Kundalini is a very powerful, intense and healing form of energy that (for most people) is lying dormant at the base of the spine (the sacrum). To fully awaken this powerful energy can take years of devoted practice in the various disciplines of the Tantric Arts. Once awakened, the Kundalini will rise from its resting-place under the sacrum and move up the spine, energizing and healing, eventually re-circulating throughout the entire body. The Kundalini is known to infuse a tremendous amount of energy into a person, and has an incredible ability to heal almost any affliction, be it physical, emotional or spiritual. The reason that the Tantric Arts are gaining such popularity in our culture recently is due to one of the more pleasurable side affects. When the Kundalini is awakened, or drawn out, it also awakens the sexual energy in the body. The Kundalini is different and distinct from the sexual energy, but the two are connected & intertwined. So as the Kundalini is awakened and drawn out of hibernation, so also is the sexual energy in the body. Along with the Kundalini, it is channeled and circulated throughout the entire body. Needless to say, this can be very pleasurable, but it is important to keep in mind that this is only a side effect, secondary to the healing power of the Kundalini.

Chakras or whirling energy centers are very important part of the energy body. Just as the visible physical body has vital and minor organs, the energy body has major, minor and mini chakras. Major Chakras are energy centers which in general are about three to four inches in diameter. They control and energize the major and vital organs of the visible physical body. They are just like power stations that supply life energy or prana to different organs. When the power stations malfunction, the corresponding vital organs become sick or deseased because they do not have enough life energy to operate properly! The chakras have several important functions: They absorb, digest and distribute prana to the different parts of the body. The Chakras control and energize, and are responsible for the proper functioning of the whole physical body and its different parts and organs. The endocrine glands are controlled and energized by some of the major chakras. The endocrine glands can be stimulated or inhibited by controlling or manipulating the major chakras. A lot of ailments are caused partially by the malfunctioning of the chakras. Some chakras are sites or centers of psychic faculties. Activation of certain chakras may result in the development of certain psychic faculties. For example, among the easiest and safest chakras to activate are the hand minor chakras. These are located at the center of the palms. By activating these chakras, one develops the ability to feel subtle energies and the ability to feel and sense different parts of the aura. Many ancient esoteric books reveal only seven chakras or less. Although a few of them hint on the existence of more than seven.
By meditation and energy work you can align them yourself. Or someone who can do energy work can align them for you. By raising and grounding energy chakras go to a more aligned and balanced state. But for fine tuning one should meditate on them. Yoga can help. Yoga is an active (body) work, that involves body movements that aligns the Chakras.
Ascension and the awakening of kundalini energy are both spiritual concepts that involve the idea of reaching higher levels of consciousness. Ascension typically refers to the process of evolving to a higher spiritual state, while the awakening of kundalini energy is believed to be a powerful spiritual energy located at the base of the spine that, when activated, can lead to spiritual enlightenment and transformation. Some spiritual traditions believe that the awakening of kundalini energy is a key component of the ascension process, as it can help individuals reach higher levels of awareness and spiritual growth.
