What clan is pein from in Naruto?

Well apparently we are both wrong. Madara gave the Rinnegan to nagato and in the new chapter of the manga, Madara tells Konan that he wants his eyes back which all means that Nagato and Pein/Pain have been manipulated by Madara this entire time.

Sorry, but your wrong. Pein/Pain became Akatuski leader after Madara goes away since everyone thinks he is dead. But he dies so that's when Madara takes over. Anyways Pain/Pein is a former student of Jiraiya who's family died and had the Rinnegan. These eyes would let him perform any jutsu. However, he believes giving pain to everyone in the world will stop wars and make peace. He kills Jiraya on episode 133 of Naruto Shippuden. He can control dead bodies and use them as body doubles of other dead or living people.

Just to clear this mess up just know that "Pain/Pein"is Yahiko's body being manipulated (or controlled) by Nagato(Yahiko's friend). Adding to that... Nagato was the leader of akatsuki but the new episode of naruto Shippuuden 172-175 can explain the entire thing but when Nagato dies Madara then takes over (not before Nagato is dead but after) because in the mission where Sakura and Granny Chiyo had to fight Sasori "Tobi" finds the ring that Sasori had and becomes a new member of the Akatsuki.Well i guess i have to add more.....Pein isn't able to use a forbidden jutsu to seal Bijuus Nagato can since he posseses the rinnegan which gives him the ability to control life and death. In other word Pein/Pain is just really Nagato since he was able to control all 6 pains. So please stop confusing eveyone.

He has Seven Bodies, one his real one and six are "Paths" controlled by chakra recievers. His name is Nagato. His paths are: Deva Path, Asura Path, Preta Path, Human Path, Animal Path, and the Naraka Path. He dies later on when Naruto kills his paths and Pain revives all the people he killed in Konoha. But Nagato dies and the Akatsuki is done. Hey, in the Invasion, Konohamaru uses Rasengan!! The 4th Hokage appears when Naruto is about to break the seal. Naruto even punches him!
