Dr Dolittle.
The Wild Thornberry's! That was a show and a movie. I hope that's what you were thinking of.
Dr. Doolittle could talk to the animals.
you know how pigs snort she was just kinda using her imagination there is no communication between us and the in lee there trained but animals can't talk but when there trained the can under stand maybe a couple of words or movements but there is no communication that was just a movie it was not real
so basis of the movie are these two kids who move into a new house and find a treasure map in a chest in the attic and somehow fall asleep and end up in this other world with a bunch of animals who talk and such..the kids end up on a bunch of adventures that include hot air balloons, rafting, and pogo sticking. the animals also have these glasses that when they put them on they all say "WILD"...i think the movie is from sometime in the 90's although I'm not quite sure..it could have been earlier. but that is all my brother and i can remember and i'd really enjoy finding out the title. thanks! It was called "The Wild Puffalumps" my daughter used to watch it constantly, 1987 movie~

Animals
you may talk about Toy soldiers(1991)
Well, it isn't a silent movie! I am guesing you mean: do the animals in the film "the Fox and the Hound" Speak? The answer to this question is: yes. They do. Apart from the catterpiller, Squeeks, and widow Tweed's farm animals, all of the animals talk.
The word set that completes the analogy is "converse and speak." Just like "chat" is a casual way of communication, "converse" is similar to chatting, and "speak" is a more general term for communication.
Talk to the Animals was created in 1967.
