What could be the reason my 5 month old puppy is pooping in the house now after being house trained since she was 7 weeks old?

After eating or drinking puppies still have to go outside approx. 20 minutes to 1/2 hour later and it's up to you or someone else in your family to be sure they let the pup out. Also different routines such as the whole family going out for an evening and leaving the dog alone, or, new decorating being done to the house can put some breeds of dogs off (they don't like change and especially puppies.) When you puppy does this just point a finger at them and say "shame" then pick the pup up and take it outside. I always leave a newspaper on the hall floor by my laundry room in case my husband and I are out for longer than anticipated and my dogs know they can go on that if they are caught short. Dogs shouldn't be left to hold their bladder or bowel movements for more than 6 hours and puppies need to go much more often than that. With love, patience and more training your pup (or any dog) just wants to please you so the pup will stop pooping in the house eventually.

Not likely as there is the Good Samaritan law in place to protect people who for what ever reason choose not to preform CPR. A trained individual may not always fall under preforming CPR being part of their job description. Those that work in the medical field are required to use CPR if a patient is in need of it can be sued to negligence.
