i believe you go to the Clock tower Courtyard and visit Luna so she can tell you how to make Umbridge angry. Or you can go to the Owlery and help Collin put trick-howlers inside the Owlery for the Exquetorial Club that Umbridge set up. idk how to spell the club Umbridge made. This answer is for the playstation 2 version of Harry Potter and the Order of Pheonix videogame.
