Voltage or current Offset is the voltage or current seen at the outputeven when no input is applied. This happens due to various reasons such as imbalance in the device, asymmetry and many more. So, offset adjustment means, providing the required input externally, so that the output voltage and current are zero.

It means that it complies with ALL relevant European community standards.
NC on a schematics typically stands for "No Connection" meaning that nothing is to be connected to that node.

offset is the distance between the shot_point and the observing point.
I Recently Received Court Document From Arbitration Demanding an offset from A Medical Insurance payment for an accident’ Is This legal or withstanding? As the plain tiff why is this necessary? Very confused!
The top ball joint is held in with a offset bushing that can be pulled out and turned in the hole to change camber and or caster. Sometimes the adjustment can be done with the original bushing. Sometimes it needs a new bushing with more or less degrees of offset to get the adjustment. I would suggest removing the old ones and starting with new 0 degree bushings on both sides, then read the alignment, these first numbers will be where the angles truly are. Then replace them with whatever offset it calls for. It is much easier figuring the new bushing offset this way.

A freight surcharge or adjustment factor imposed by an international carrier to offset foreign currency fluctuations. In some cases an emergency currency adjustment factor (ECAF) may be applied when a charge or rate has been originally published in a currency that is experiencing sustained or rapid decline. The CAF is charged as a percentage of the freight.
an electronics. electronics are everything that is powered by electricity and is not mechanical. ANSWER : Electronics is a study of electrons emission. ELECTRICITY is the study of electron flow.

Non-zero initial condition is called DC offset. DC offset is bad, and needs to be removed by HP filter as they cause distortion, non-linearity. If the mean/average amplitude of the wave is zero it has no DC-offset.
