In "The Outsiders," when Ponyboy refers to Randy as "just a guy," he is highlighting the idea that, despite their social differences and the tensions between the Greasers and Socs, Randy is ultimately a human being with his own struggles and vulnerabilities. This moment reflects Ponyboy's growing understanding that people are more than their social labels and that empathy can bridge the divide between rival groups. It signifies Ponyboy's realization that individuals can share common experiences, regardless of their backgrounds.
Randy, when he and Pony were talking in the car. He was talking about Bob.
He finally realized that both Randy and Johnny are right - fighting doesn't do any good. Randy shows him that the social classes won't ever change and that fighting's not going to affect anything. Even if the Greasers win, they're still going to be at the bottom and there will be no difference.
Pony viewed Randy as a good guy. He believes him because really the fight had no purpose. Most of all, Pony's view toward Bob changed. He viewed Bob as a normal boy who just needed someone to say no. So all in all, his view got better :) hope this helps
that socs will be socs and greases will be greases even if they win the fight and another thing (you did not write when) that they shouldnot label each other and they are all the same they are just guys
As the book goes on Ponyboy starts to see the soc's as human beings not just as gang members. He realises that no matter where you come from as teenagers you are all faced with the same issues.

The pony's name wasn't macaroni, yankee doodle was talking about the feather and in the old days macaroni did not just mean pasta, it was a style of Italian dress. When he called the feather macaroni (a dandy) he was stating he was a gentleman of some social standing.

Even after Johnny's death, Ponyboy is still compelled to protect Johnny, just as he did when Johnny was alive. This is why he tells Randy his intentions of telling the judge that he is the one responsible for Bob's death.

Randy visits Ponyboy not just to confront him about the events surrounding Bob's death, but also to seek understanding and closure. He recognizes the futility of the gang rivalry and is grappling with the consequences of their actions. Randy's visit reflects his desire to connect on a human level, transcending the rivalry and acknowledging their shared experiences and pain. Ultimately, it highlights the theme of empathy amidst conflict.
This is a cute option but only if you need it to sing along with your child. Amazon has an inflatable pony head on a stick for $5, if your child is young and just wants a pony to ride. Mary Meyers Fancy Prancers are also a good alternative for at least $10 less than Tek Nek Brown Pony and no talking means your child can use his imagination!
I have a 6 year old pony, and i was just wondering - is this considered 'young' for a pony?? Please help me! :) x
Oh, dude, applejack is actually a pony from My Little Pony, so like, she's a girl. I mean, unless you're talking about the alcoholic beverage, then it's just a drink, man. But yeah, in the show, Applejack is definitely a mare. Hope that clears things up for you!
Yes, well it is a pony not a miniature pony just a pony Theres a difference your welcome , sincerly Mikaylee boutin
