Yah mai yo! It is a Russian expletive that politely means "Holy Crap!" It is used as a response to being happily surprised at someting.
The Corbomite Maneuver.
Anthony Hopkins says "Mission Impossible"
Walter Koenig didn't appear in Star Trek until the second season, but in the movie "STII: The Wrath of Kahn", Ricardo Montelbahn identified Chekov as someone he could never forget a face. The prologue to this movie was in season one in the episode "Space Seed". Walter was never an officer at this time and he reported that he was 17 in the episode "Who Mourns For Adonais?" It's not possible that Chekov was even allowed near the command crew at the age of 16, let alone be even a yeoman... to say nothing about assigning him to a security station on the command bridge of Starfleet's flagship at age 17. At least in TNG with Wesley Crusher, they had the audacity to voice their concerns when a 17 year old impulsively reacts and touches a control on the captains console. He promptly got kicked out but had to work his butt off to become an bridge ensign a few seasons later.

Star in Russian is : Zvezda. [zvez-duh]
Because their gay and have no lives and probably like star trek or should I say GAY trek.
No, but they say soon you will be.
You would say "моя звезда" (pronounced as "moya zvezda") in Russian.
How could you not be? I wrote a whole essay on this, and I would totally say yes. Consciously or not, he most likely got at least a few of his ideas from star trek.
I'm sorry to say, but no one can predict what Star Trek will be rated. Every time a new Star Trek movie came out all the fans always said "Star Trek Lives" however, Star Trek never really died so I do not understand this. No one can predict what Star Trek will be rated however, the movie reviews were never good...because reviewers know nothing about Scifi or Star Trek and they therefore cannot logically rate it. I rate the upcoming Star Trek 11 a 9/10 for the Advertisements. (It loses 1 point because Zachary Quinto plays Spock...and as a Spock fan I believe only Leonard Nimoy should play Spock..)
I would say Halo, because they have full body armor and more weapons such as plasma rifles. When all star trek has is just star Fleet uniforms and faser guns.
He is trying to pronounce the letter "V" for his code. The phonetic word being VICTOR. The consonant V is very hard for Russian speaking people to pronounce.
The Corbomite Maneuver.
City on the Edge of Forever
"Старшая сестра" (pronounced as star-sha-ya seestra) is how you say "big sister" in Russian.
I would have to say Jean-Luc Picard of Star Trek: The Next Generation! whilst i would say captain Jonathan Archer from my favourite series Enterprise! I like Archer too but my favorite is captain Decker. Jean luc is a pussy.
