I believe your'e referring to the old phrase "Deeds are fruit, words are but leaves"

It's pretty self explanatory but anways

It pretty much means it's more important that you actually do something and don't just talk about it

eg. if somenone is talking about helping you it ain't gonna do you anything good, the person in question needs to actually act to help you.

So if someone says this directed to you it means you should stop talking about it and get to doing it

And to put it in to the saying: Leaves on an apple tree ain't of no use to you, the fruits on the other hand...

Hope it helped ;)

What does facta non dicta mean?

Deeds not Words!

What does A person of words and not deeds is like a garden full of weeds mean?

Sounds like both words and deeds are necessary; you can't get by on just one of them. It's a metaphor, a comparison. you're supposed to follow the story run like you're imagining a man full of words but no deeds is like a garden full of weeds, when the man is the garden and his words are the weeds that exist there, covering what he really wants, or what he has no courage to do. it depends on weither u face the "deeds" as positive things, as things u say u'll do, or as negative things. then u just follow it. "the weeds begin to grow, it's like a garden full of snow", it's like a covered garden, it's like a covered man, who shutters himself inside, forgeting his words, doing no deeds at all. Then u keep this logic and u may reach a conclusion.

What does naruto karin mean?

I'm going with the BLEACH fruit theme for this definition. Karin in Japanese means quince (a type of fruit). The kanji are 花梨 I hope this helps! So the Karin in Naruto could mean quince. That is the only Japanese definition I was able to find.

Why do the plants which grow in deserts have no leaves?

Most desert plants evolved according to their environment, an environment in which conservation of moisture is paramount. The broad surface of a leaf would transpire too much moisture away from the plant in the hot, dry desert, so "leaves" are an almost unseen feature of most desert plants.
