He looks kind of like Deidara except his hair his lighter and he carries a double bladed scythe on his back and his Akatsuki cloak his loose around his collar bone

next answer: Okay, I am VERY amused by the answers on here. It's like you guys have never seen him in your life and are just making up stuff on the spot , hehe. First of all, Hidan is quite tall and very muscular with tan skin. He has short, slicked-back, silver gray hair and deep, wine red eyes that usually appear rather blood thirsty of uncaring. (Uncaringly HOT) He always wears his Akatsuki cloak open down the front, exposing his Jashin symbol and never wears a shirt. That's how you can tell he's so buff. He wears his headband around his neck and like all Akatsuki members...he wears nailpolish...and a ring. When he is completing his sacrifices to Jashin (his God) he transforms into a rather creepy looking guy...well actually it looks like black and white paint on his skin. Look it up on Google if you're interested. Of course you are. Hidan has a swearing problem, among other things.
