Yes, The Lion King 1½: Hakuna Matata. Its international release is titled The Lion King 3: Hakuna Matata, but hence most officially it's not a 3. It's more of a Timon & Pumbaa movie and any way you want to look at it, it's most definitely a parody and not meant as a serious prequel. That's currently the only Lion King movie released after The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride. And there has been no official announcements of any new Lion King movie being even in production, much less released.

To find The Lion King on video (meaning video cassette), one would have to look on eBay and other second-hand online stores, as video cassette tapes are no longer in production. The Lion King can also be bought on DVD and Blu-Ray, from eBay, Asda, Zavvi, and more. Currently the DVD is not in production and therefore copies are somewhat expensive compared to other animated movies of the same age.
If you watch The Lion King you will find out.
