I have seen nearly all of the episodes but i have no recollection of this however in one episode he pushes her near a wall in attempt to shield her from something but i may not have ssen that episode. hope this helps

Union Calvary member Sergeant Boston Corbett.On April 26, 1865, at approximately 2am, Booth was caught hiding in a tobacco barn near Port Royal, Virginia, with his accomplice, David Herald, by a Union Calvary. Booth and Herald were given the opportunity to surrender; Herald surrendered but Booth refused. The barn was set on fire, and Sergeant Boston Corbett caught a glimpse of Booth, when peaking through the wood slats of the barn wall, and fired, hitting Booth in the neck. Booth was dragged out of the burning barn, not dead but paralyzed. He was then placed on the porch of the home belonging to Richard Garrett, the owner of the tobacco barn. Booth finally died at approximately 7am, the same morning.
The episode is called Upgrades it is also shown again in the episode Divide and Conquer. Both of these are in season 4.
