On Horton Hears a Who there are two Vlads. One is "bad Vlad". The other Vlad is "bunny Vlad who makes cookies". You must be referring to the second Vlad. :)
There are two Vlads on Horton Hears a who. The first one is Vlad Vladikoff or "Bad Vlad". He is the Vlad that is sent to take the flower and the speck away from Horton. The other Vlad is the "Bunny Vlad with Cookies". This Vlad is a random Character. :)
Radu cel Frumos (= the handsome) was the brother of Vlad III. He was in slavery with his brother and eventually became the slave/lover of Vlads enemy, Sultan Mehmet II from the Ottoman Empire. He died a slow and painful death after contracting what is described as a sexually transmitted disease.
If Freddy Kruger was real, him. Reason being is because Dracula was a pure human never a vampire. His name by reputation was vlad the impaler, reason for that is cause he would put a huge long stick in people's back and would stick it on the ground making them hang. He had also killed his priests because he thought that god had taken his wife which had commited suicide thinking vlad had died in battle which was during the war between Romania and Turky. Turky was the one that had informed vlads wife of the suicide which had been fake, reason for the note was to affect vlads combat and command in battle so turky would win in battle but it was the down fall being that vlad still won. After killing his priest he drank their blood thinking he'd be immortal so he can wait for his wife to be reincarnated which was the Romanian belief. After doing such evil deeds he was called Dracul meaning devil or dragon and was later changed by history to Dracula.
this question can be blamed on his father vlad tepes the first AKA dracul (that is not a typo) you see vlad the first sold his son, the future vlad the impaler to turkish slavers when he was about eleven or twelve, also while being a slave, vlad was repeadtly abused both mentaly and physiscally by his captors, also his brother, who became loyal to the turks attempted to kill his wife, during vlads first war with the turks. but also he did what he did becuase he was mentaly sadistic, meaning he literally got sexually aroused when he killed people, scientist have proved he had a rare condition that when he smelled blood he got hungrey and according to diaryies of his children he would drink blood and eat human flesh whenever he got the chance.
I belive it is when (spoiler alert) Vlads friend Joss from book 2 turns out to be a vampire slayer, or (SPOILER ALERT) Em sentences Vlad to death in book 4

Vlad Tepes, like Dracula from the book, is said that his second wife did infact kill herself from jumping from the tower at Rasnoph (not sure if i spelt that right) because she was depressed over Vlads death, but he wasnt infact dead only held captive by the Turks

Vlad's father was the leader of the group that wanted vlad to slave vampires and such. He and Vikas killed vlad's mom and Tomas (vlads dad) killed Nelly too. Snow turns into a vampire and Henry ends up with october and joss is still with meredith. Vlad stays with snow and she was staked and in order to save her, vlad had to give her some of his blood, so she's sorta special. and like vlad's eyes turn purple, snows turns green.
More than anything else the historical Dracula is known for his inhuman cruelty. Impalement was Vlad III's preferred method of torture and execution. Vlad was actually name Vlad the impaler. This because he would stand his victim on a high stake buried in the ground so that their feet would be supported by a small stand. As the victim grew weaker through exposure to the elements and lacking in food and water their body would slump down on to a sharpened end of the stake which eventually entered the base of the spine near the coxis and went into the body. It was a very slow and exceptionally painful death.
"The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod" follows a half-vampire teenager named Vlad who must navigate high school while dealing with his unique heritage and powers. As Vlad learns more about his past and the vampire world, he grapples with identity, friendship, and the challenges of balancing his human and vampire sides. The series explores themes of acceptance, friendship, and the struggle between good and evil.
