Well, it depends what you mean by 'Get back together'. It is stated by Quinn that, Finn and Quinn oficially start seeing each other during Episode: Sexy and Original Song. Although Quinn was seeing Finn behind Sam's back long before. At the end of the thriller episode they kiss and during Comeback they make out resulting in Sam breaking up with quinn.

Jesse and Finn got into a big fight later during the Prom leading to both being kicked out of the Prom - the altercation started after both Quinn & Finn were dancing and Rachel & Jesse - it started after Jesse leaned in to kiss Rachel's neck. Finn "broke" the two apart and began fighting with Jesse - and later that same night Quinn slapped Rachel across the face in the bathroom - the two of them continued talking in the bathroom as Quinn and Rachel had both had a very dramatic night.
