Sakura does not love Sasuke anymore. She herself hasn't said she loved him still, so you can't just assume. Sakura still CARES about him which is why she couldn't kill him and cries over him sometimes. As for the question itself, she would probably choose Naruto over Sasuke, just because she loves him now. If Sasuke lives, she would just stay as Sasuke's friend. I doubt she'd start fangirling over Sasuke again. If she did, that would just be pathetic and damaging on her now more mature character.
